Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payments through available gateways. If there is a pricing error or product unavailability, we will contact you via email.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vyresinarts.com with photo evidence.
